Team
Established by the Government of Samoa, SamCERT is the national cybersecurity response team for citizens, businesses, and government agencies, operating within the Digital Transformation & Innovation Division of MCIT.
Building a secure and resilient cyberspace for all of Samoa
SamCERT was established to enhance cybersecurity awareness and provide technical incident support across the Samoan community. We work with public sector agencies, private businesses, and individual citizens to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats.
Our work goes beyond incident response. We monitor content and network traffic, operate intrusion detection and prevention systems, and produce timely security advisories, keeping Samoa's digital infrastructure informed and protected.
